In our 60 minute classes, we started with a warm-up, moving into learning techniques and concepts ending in summary drills. Our classes teaches you the most effective techniques that include the principles, timelines, communication, distance, proxemics along with the Use of Force concept (What you can do and cannot according to our legal system). Not only do you learn these essential skills, we coach you on how and when to use them, where and what to use and why in a safe holistic environment.
